The first call and the written scope that follows are free. Deeper discovery, where we interview your team and audit systems, is billed, and it is deducted from the build if you go ahead.

Can you take over a product someone else started?

Yes. We audit what exists, tell you plainly what is worth keeping and stabilise it before adding anything, rather than opening with a rewrite.

How involved does our team need to be?

One person who can make decisions, for about two hours a week. Everything else is our job, and we write down what we decide so nobody has to hold it in their head.
