Yes, after an audit. We need to understand a system before we can be responsible for it, and that audit is worth having even if you go elsewhere.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

A small retainer that covers monitoring and security updates, with anything beyond it billed against agreed hours. Unused hours do not roll up forever, and we say so up front.

What if we want to take it back in house?

Everything is already in your accounts, so it is a conversation rather than a migration. We hand over and stay available for questions.
